After two decades of working in the corporate world in the fields of Administration, Finance, Commercial and, Learning & Development, Cynthia discovered that she had a passion for Associate Wellbeing within the Personnel & Organization function. She enjoyed helping people develop from the inside out.
In 2010 Cynthia started to go through a phase in her life where she questioned her purpose. . . asking the same questions that you may have asked of yourself at one time or another:
"Is this all there is?"
"Why am I not progressing at a faster pace in my career?"
"Why am I letting it impact my personal relationships?"
"What am I supposed to do to be happy?"
A year later, a friend encouraged her to embark on a journey of self-discovery workshops through a healing modality established by a Hay House author and teacher. At the time Cynthia even questioned what was the purpose of going for the workshops but a force far stronger than her pushed her to sign up for a series of three programs. It is through these courses that Cynthia met inspirational people who led her on the path of self-discovery.
Soon after the courses, positive changes began to take place in her life.
